| Comments: I want to say what a HUGE fan I was of your restaurant/saloon when I was there. I am from Salt Lake City, Utah and while I was in New Orleans doing some work at the nearby convention center, I asked someone local where I could go for the best food in town. They sent me to the Ugly Dog Saloon. Normally when I travel I like to ask that exact question several times over and hit many different places so I can get a good variety of the look and taste of each new town. However, while in New Orleans my friends and I didn’t bother eating anywhere else for the rest of our trip so long as we could help it. I’m serious when I say we pretty much ate there for lunch and dinner for 4 days straight and all I've done since then is crave that pulled pork or brisket sandwich. Here's hoping everyone is safe after that tragic storm. I'm sorry to hear you're temporarily out of business and I hope things get back to semi-normal for everyone there as soon as possible. My sister who was hospitalized at the time was not so fortunate. After being moved three times due to the storm she passed away on the last move.
